No one I've spoken too in our company feels fairly paid... Our competitors pay more for less responsibilities.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Management on the local level is great for what they're able to do, however our executives are extremely out of touch.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Little payroll, no training, and constant shift in focus. Office Depot isn't particularly good at any one thing due to a constant change in goals quarter to quarter that customers and associates stay confused on what we're actually marketing.
