
Pay is not based on experience, and therefore you begin at minimum wage regardless of your expertise.
Communicating in a constructive manner with employees, paying a reasonable wage, scheduling people in a fair way, treat employees with dignity.
Hire better people. Hire people that will conduct themselves with dignity, as well as treat everyone else with it. Hire intelligent people. Train management to be adaptable and lead by example.
The entire atmosphere is awful. I dread going in every day, because I never know what kind of mood my management team is going to be in, or how I'll be treated. Pay is not great. There are not as many hours as I need.
