The coworkers at store level is the only thing that make the job tolerable.

Caring about employees and realizing that their employees are the ones that are making the money at store level to pay their salary
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to respect their employees,, realize they are people that are doing a thankless job day in and day out,, they really don't respect or appreciate that
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
When Office Depot merged with OfficeMax the whole company took a turn for the worse,,, I was at OfficeMax before the merger and it wasn't a bad place to work until the merger,, we, as store employees, at the store level, lost a lot,, wages, benefits, hours, a lot!
