What is the best part about your compensation package?

Average but I'll never complain.

What makes you most happy at work?

I get to work with the latest technology and am not micromanaged.

What did you like most about the interview process?

I met all of my team. HR treated me like a celebrity.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We are a caring company and support the community, affinity groups and veterans.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are doing their best to transform us into a service based organization of the future.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Efficient, knowledgeable , effective and although we have been reduced to a minimum, we are still producing lots of quality work.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

It's all gone downhill. Not much to change it except to make wrongs right - too late now.
