If don’t put so much in to 401k the company will not contribute. So feel that should contribute at 5% instead 10%
The people in head quarters needs to really ask and listen to the lowly people like cashiers and floor staff to making the programs work
The thing that makes going to work hard is listening to customers complain that they are not happy with the rewards program and the prices are to high and items not being in stock and coupons not working like they use too
