The management does not take any responsibility for their actions and allow others to be blamed rather than trying to help or deal with issues. They ignore customers and leave us to be berated.

The underlings like me at least listen to one another

Not being on their phones in front of customers while the rest of us have to work
What did you like most about the interview process?
They were very understanding - seemingly - about my school needs and able to work around my schedule
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They need to fire both assistant managers for people who will actually work and not just give all their tasks to people below them. The store manager should be on the floor more actually interacting with customers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The fact that I need to show my manager how to do things frequently and she needs me to come in and help with projects because she can't do them herself makes me know I should be paid what she is making.
