My experience has been very positive. I honestly enjoy working here, and it is a large step up from my last workplace.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is very diverse. We employ several associates with special needs, including autism.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that my store manager genuinely cares about his employees and customers. The other managers hold themselves to the same standards that they expect from their employees, and that is refreshing.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am happy at work when I make a difference in with a customer, by either doing something for them they really needed or surprising them with the scope of our practice.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing for me is that, though I am one of the youngest members of the team by 5+ years, I never feel like I am being looked down upon because of my age.
