What are some of the best things about your team?
In spite of the lack of appreciation and acknowledgement from the upper management team we still try our best to be our best and succeed even though we know that no matter what ever we do will never be good enough. Teamwork makes the dream work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I will continue to give 100%. I do feel I should be given the opportunity for greater income and override income from associate production along with a commission structure that is from dollar one and liberal enough to increase my overall income this motivating me to be more positive and enthused
