What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Unfortunately the company is rearranging the deck chairs on the titanic. When OfficeMax was bought by OD the ship started sinking. OFFICEMax/Boise culture was fantastic. Depot culture was horrible.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation was a joke. Company views sales people as an expense and not an asset. Company does not value its employees at all. Company has lost it's way. They invent ways to not pay sales people.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The current CEO has good intentions. He arrived 5 years to late. Company is constantly hiding the decline in sales year over year by buying companies and move the the pea under the shell. The company has not seen organic growth in almost a decade. The only answer they have is to cut jobs
