Everything! Nothing about this company I woukd recommend to anyone.

We all work as a team to help.people and solve problems

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Every decision corporate makes is awful. For one, stop listing non-sellable floor models on the websitr just to get customers in the door

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

It's all gone downhill. Not much to change it except to make wrongs right - too late now.
