What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team has clearly defined goals and values, and are largely transparent in sharing these with the Ontellus community at large. As such, our Ontellus peers and colleagues share a unified vision of the company.

Our leadership team very approachable and has an open-door policy. If I have ideas or concerns, I am provided with opportunities to reach out to them and make my voice heard. Additionally, the team then either takes tangible action on those concerns, or provides explanations for why they will not.

Offer incentives for people who take leadership and do the work of 2 or 3 people and who pick that slack up.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pleased with the amount of PTO that is available to me; I don't tend to take much PTO, but it is nice to know that I could take a week off if I really needed to.

It is in progress, but in a good way. We are currently trying to define our company culture by taking the best of various businesses that have been consolidated over the last few years. The Executive Leadership is trying hard to grow a culture that focus on finding ways to do what we do better.

Learning new skills and sharing knowledge with peers and colleagues, either by training individuals on how to perform or fine-tune tasks, or assisting individuals with problems that I am equipped to solve.
