Leadership does try, but they are inundated with many things they took on all at the same time. I would slow down a bit and focus on training.

Actually seeing that people deserve a work-life balance. Overall reasonability. The management seems to believe that if there is a choice between your dying mother's deathbed and work, you should always choose work. Just seems wrong to most humans I talk to.
I enjoy the fact that they give you vacation and personal days at the beginning of the year, as compared to a solely PTO based system.

I feel undervalued because my management team is unwilling to pay median market value for all positions at my site. If I could even get median market value for my position, my attitude would shift considerably.

some people can always be negative, but surround yourself with positive people, and you will be fine. Positive people attract each other.
I believe the strict policies around controlling the employees lives need to go. There is no need for so many negative attendance/disciplinary policies, unless turnover is the goal.
get rid of the slack, increase the pay to those who care to a fair wage, get rid of top heavy executives who do nothing but waste the company's money
I liked how straightforward it was. There were no questions that seemed unnecessary, and the HR person's great attitude was absolutely infectious.
Interviews are always tricky, be yourself and have a conversation vs. a question - answer type interview.
The lying and omission of truth. I don't know how many times I have told a temporary worker about the policies around the site, and they tell me that my management team told them something entirely different at the interview.
there are ridiculous interview processes for hourly positions. It takes too long to decide because the executives are bogged down with work.
Due to poor compnay performance there is a lot of focus on improving results and there have been major org changes rolled out with no warning.
Address concerns up front with the teammates. Stop the beaurocicy.
distribution and shipping issues will hurt our company if it's not fixed soon.
