Leadership does try, but they are inundated with many things they took on all at the same time. I would slow down a bit and focus on training.

Actually seeing that people deserve a work-life balance. Overall reasonability. The management seems to believe that if there is a choice between your dying mother's deathbed and work, you should always choose work. Just seems wrong to most humans I talk to.
