What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The culture is inclusive and everyone is willing to offer guidance if they have the knowledge to do so.

The company is focusing on rebuilding lost culture due to mismanagement.

some people can always be negative, but surround yourself with positive people, and you will be fine. Positive people attract each other.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

I believe the strict policies around controlling the employees lives need to go. There is no need for so many negative attendance/disciplinary policies, unless turnover is the goal.

get rid of the slack, increase the pay to those who care to a fair wage, get rid of top heavy executives who do nothing but waste the company's money
