What do you like best about the leadership team?
The management team i work under is the reason I stay where i'm at. I just obtained a Master's in Mental Health Counseling but the management here is so profoundly supportive and inclusive I have put off looking for a job in my field for the time being

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the benefits are fantastic. I am not too thrilled with the cap on PTO and that we are only able to cash in 32 or 34 hours of PTO each week. However, there are a lot of wonderful incentives to stay with Parallon

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
At least get paid for holidays and not have to use PTO

What are some of the best things about your team?
They are there to lend a hand nothing is out of reach for them to help with. Their attitude is always with a happy disposition.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We generally interact positively with each other through WebEx which keeps us in communication at all times. We work well together and with a positive attitude for the most part.

CO workers are truly team players. There is no such thing as a me problem, if something needs to be worked on or solved it's always taken as a we problem that we can all figure out how to solve. I like that about our company.

Knowing that I will be supported at whatever decision I make and that there is always someone available when I need help.

Just being able to serve people knowing that what I do helps with their visit to an already stressful situation that this is one thing they do not need to worry about brings me satisfaction
