Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to see a real cost of living increase. Not just the 1 to 2% after taxes this increase is costing me more.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Over the past year we have come together more as a team. My current manager is working hard to keep this going and working on new ways to bring us together.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work hard, but are still able to have a life outside of the job. We have flexibility and aren't tied to a "9 to 5".
