The biased bulling culture is preventing good employees from staying. The current assistant managers ans Salon managers don't punch out on lunches. They hire their friends and give all the undesirable tasks to a select few . Take leave people off schedules. Forcing them to find other employment.

Making sure employees follow procedures. Not allow harassment of any kind.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Every single one needs to adhere to the hand book. Follow procedures. Get rid of the current managers and start fresh.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To be able to earning a living wage. Currently I'm working two jobs. Because 2 managers won't allow me to work more hours.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop bullying, do their jobs. Clean up afterwards. Feed the animals. Currently the fish person does not feed any of the fish. "It makes the tanks dirty". Nor, do thy feed or give the betas fresh water. Only one girl cleans the salon. They are now trying to make her quit. I'm surprised she doesn't.
