Puppies are always in the store. Being able to walk around with a new puppy and making sure it gets what it needs.

A true passion for animals that bring us all together with one mission. There is a dedication to this job that I've never seen anywhere else in the retail industry.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Inclusion amongst all races, sexual identity and disabilities. A mission to be more than just a pet supply store, there is a real purpose driven mission to make all pets lives better and wholesome.
