The other groomers are very helpful & always stay on task
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
EVERYTHING! The store manager is awesome but the GSL is awful! Threatens employees if they report her.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They seemed excited to welcome me aboard! But that was just to lure me in to be treated poorly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am the senior groomer at my location & my manager treats me like shit for it. 11 years experience on my end but apparently I know nothing.
