What would you improve about your company's interview process?
More streamlined and not so bueracratic. Someone whose never even been in my store making decisions is not great.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The level of expectation they have for minimal pay and benefits is unreal. Inhave been through 4 store leaders in 3 years. In the months inbetween i handled all operations without so much an acknowledgment.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Employee support at a store level. It takes more than a 2 person skeletone crew per shift to take care of a hundred plus animals and hundreds of fish. They set unrealistic goals and put you down when you dont meet these astronomical numbers.
