Not much, other than realizing how screwed over they're getting and start speaking up about it.

Working with the animals, when someone listens to what I have to say on how to help them properly.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Lower expectations and not treating sales floor employees like garbage. Stop spending time in the office on your phones.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I got much better raises, if we actually got hazard pay and if my pay was more competitive than companies like target. Where I could be a cart pusher and make 15 an hour. Being more truthful and stop smiling to our faces and then lying to us about how much we're valued.
