The company's losing employees like an unstoppable flood of diarrhea. Maybe if they treated and paid us better we'd actually stick around.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Constantly overworked and guilted into not taking any breaks/PTO/vacation/sick leave to maintain overall productivity for the store. Maybe if we had a better online system to manage workloads, shorter working hours, and higher salaries I'd consider otherwise.
