Helpful individuals who see the amount of stress the MOL's deal with, yet get paid crumbs to maintain these stores inventory and appearance of the sales floor.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The employees on the front line are what makes this company successful, not the executives handing down the tasks!! The store employees barely make a living wage, yet we watch the executive staff live these lavish lifestyle's being paid extremely well!! Its just not right at all and we deserve more!
