While I just recently stopped workinb at Petco, i had fun working with good people, however, managment needs a little work. Other than that, i had a great time.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to help animals and customers to the best of my knowledge
What did you like most about the interview process?
Im not sure, it was just a basic interview, other than asking questions about specific things.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I finally was able to get PTO at the end of last year after being with them for two, that's basically it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Some of them are good managers, others are okay. I like it when youre able to talk to them outside of the work area.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's hard to say, honestly. The only positive thing i know is when i brought in food for my coworkers to help brighten their day.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of my coworkers i know are great to be around, but they just need a little push and motivation to help around the store a bit. Most days, it seems they have to push themselves just to be there.
