I love what I do but I am exhausted from burn out. I have been working non stop for three years, since covid hit, and I feel like the demands are increasing and the payroll is decreasing and my pay has basically stayed the same.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone loves animals. It's hard to stay mad when you get to play with ferrets everyday.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
New hires in the lowest position in the store are making what I made last year as a veteran store manager with 8 years of experience. Why are you not increasing the wages of the leaders/managers who have been keeping the stores running on fumes for the last three years?
