My experience is neutral because I love working with animals and helping people with there pet needs.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is good and they do try there best but they have poor training including managers do to upper management, guess they just dont care.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As for me and the majority of our team always try to stay positive. When there is positive energy on the floor then a lot of the drama leaves.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Fair pay. Most all team members work very hard but make very little. Even today after COVID and all this inflation, high fuel prices they still pay you very little. Do you see how much they sale there products for, they are making a very big profit.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
A lot of the products being sold are useless and expensive and customers know this and do boice out anout it. Some come here do to they only have 2 choices, petco or petsmart that is convienate for them. Some of the products we have I would never use for my pet. Voice out and nothing never changes.
