Petco – Customer Service - Had issues having prescription food sent for 6 days could not rectify it. Spoke to supervisor and she said she was not allowed to verify my prescription after Petcom lost verification. Told me her hands were tied because they use VetSource to verify prescriptions. Unbelievable!
