Petco keeps ramping up goals, targets, sales expectations, and pushing employees to sell vcp. There is no training to follow. There are no benefits for doing a good job, unless you consider continued employment with this company a benefit. They are testing lowering pay of there groomers right now

Understand that their employees are human beings, not autonomous machines that can do the full extent of what they want every customer, every day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay security. Knowing if i miss to many hours or miss target by $1 that doesnt mean i deserve to starve that week.
