Hearing their employees out and being more analytical when conflicts within the store's management team arise.

I love what we do, I love being able to educate customers on the needs of our furry friends and learning as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The work of the IPDM is more than just inventory and pricing. A lot lays on the shoulders of that one person, hours are longer than the GM's and other associates. I think compensation should be based on ammount and quality of work done.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Love my team, as the inventory and pricing dept manager I play the role of the store's backbone, but without my team my job would be nearly impossible. They are not only my support, I have seen them support one another where the other may be lacking. They are Hardworking, efficient, and excellent.
