Petco takes 895 dollars from me EVERY week. Then i can get comission money but even then its barley nothing. I can't even live on this salary.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team is horrible. They lie to thier employees faces and only want to make thier bonuses. And they make bonuses off of our work yet we don't get a bonus. Stop lying to your employees. Listen to our needs.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My team of all women is horrible. People tell lies about each other. They steal dogs off of other groomers schedules. They sabotage you and give you all groom dogs on a busy Saturday or when ur left to man the salon by yourself.
