
Need more diverse leadership, and people who truly care about the employees (and not just are willing to pay lip service).
401k plan is horrible. Top heavy, and despite the issues for many years, little has been done about it beyond lip service.
Need to not settle for being second best, or even worse, a middle of the pack performer. Every aspect of the company they approach this way.
Culture needs to be changed so that people are engaged and vested in the company's success. Senior management over the past decade has done a horrible job in this respect.
