No one is allowed to be hired as full-time unless they are a manager. There is little to no promotions within the store. And unless you are a manager you cannot get any benefits nor can you get a full-time position.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The only thing that truly keeps me going at is that workplace is my customers. Otherwise it is a dread to look forward to considering there are high school base social rankings within. If you do not fit in or agree with them they will do anything possible to get you out.
