Management needs to stop threatening employees with cut in hours if employees don't meet Store Managers personal donation drive. Management needs to stick with corporate donation drive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Management plays favoritism and doesn't respect employees who go beyond to help. Management threatens employees if they are sick and still come to work and end up having to leave.
