They work hard and have big hearts.

From District manager on up they do not seem to realize we work on the same "team".

Stop trying to prove every day how little you care about your employees, we get it and we believe you!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is negative for the most part but from GM down we have a good culture and care about each other.
