Stores are always understaffed leaving everyone overworked. We either need higher pay or more people

Retail workers are treated like trash and corporate never listens to our concerns or even bothers to help with our troubles
What are some of the best things about your team?
PetCo retail teams are great. Very friendly and pleasant people that are a joy to work with. The problem is the district and corporate workers that are just the opposite. Very unpleasant people
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Every store is understaffed because corporate is being cheap with how much hours we are allowed to schedule. Quit being cheap. Start caring about your retail workers and the live animals in our care
