High workload with minimal resources. Inability to hire at fair and competitive wages and retain talent.

Direct leadership team was in tune to the workload, and had realistic expectations. Easy to talk to.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Stayed at the company for over 15 years which hindered keeping pay competitive. Workload increased without compensation.
