I have relihious belifes, dont work Sundays still and get scheduled after new people are hired. Im talked like Im new or stupid ( been 2 yrs). I get blamed for things that are not my job position. I only get 1 day off during the summer everyone else get 2. Doesnt work with school and Ive failed

Placing blame needs to stop, as well as the drama.

Need to be told if your the throw around person with the schedule after bein promised certain one. To be asked if you like fulltime instead of just being put in as assuming its ok. When wotking partime and in school.
