Better management. The managers are liars and have no idea what they are doing
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Inform the interviewees that there will be a minimum of 2 months TRAINING. Regardless of experience. Management munipulated the interview in order to hire quickly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was lied to from the start of working. I would have frlt better if management informed me how training to be a server takes MONTHS, regardless of experience
What are some of the best things about your team?
The host team was very nice, however they really did not know what they were doing. I was w host trainer for 2 years and it was amazing to see how little this team knew
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to inform new hires of what is expected of them. Hiring someone for one position that pays better after tips & then placing them in a position that pays worse meddles with their well-being. Do Better.
