Terrible. Their website is practically unusable. The staff is constantly overworked and under paid. Upper management seems to have no knowledge of how things work on the line. I'm shocked this company hasn't shut down yet honestly

Everything, it's a sinking ship that isn't willing to fix anything

The fact that they were so desperate for help that the interview was basically a formality
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The management staff of my building are great, they actually care. It's everyone above them that should never be in charge of anything again, especially not a kitchen
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The sheer amount of work they expect us to put out is absolute insanity. They can't even staff us properly, let alone pay us what we deserve. It would make me feel better if they paid me about 30% more than they are, but that won't happen
