It's not about money. It's about respect. There was a time when great employees were treated like great employees. Unfortunately, that ended.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I interviewed a long time ago... so my comments are in relation to what I experienced 16 years ago. But back then, you were invited to prove your ability (not just talk about it). Intimidating but very effective at getting only good employees on board.
