to some managers in my restaurant need let the employees do there job unless help is absolutely needed. Otherwise the manager will continue to get in the way. To finish it off then that manager then says they have to do everyone elses job it brings disrespect to the people who work hard everyday.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We need our leadership to do less micro management and more of what there job actually entails. If we have manager become more enforcers than micro managers then the work place would be a whole lot smoother. They know who they are
