I think with a company as big as P.F. Changs you can expect some variations across restaurants. The restaurant I trained at I enjoyed coming to work. It was clean the employees worked hard but had a good time etc. The resturaunt I actually worked at it was a completely different experience.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Corporate was very nice and I feel very fair
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Again I was a BOH manager. Some of the management team needs to ne more professional. Employees need to show up..On time would be nice. Actually clean..Follow recipes etc. It was like working at an adult daycare
