Honestly, not much that I see that needs to be improved on
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Honestly, it all starts with management. The characters were really big on communicating with each other. It's just that we had a management that threw a lot of Ads at one time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was such a hard worker if you even look at my charts, I've always been really good at what I do. It's just a job that does not set you up for success
