Its honestly the most hostile work environment ive ever been in. At first I love going to work I look forward to it but because the management is so terrible I no longer have that feeling and now I dread going to work I dread having to work under people who do not care about me or my co-workers.

There is not one positive thing about my job.

I enjoy creating. I love my job. I love to cook i love to provide food that customers enjoy

I like how the guy made me seem like he cared. I lile how he lied dead in my face.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leading. There is so much favoritism and bashing of employees and its very exhausting and its tears you down and makes it to were you question why would i make this my career
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Doing their part and stop expecting extras from doing your job. Stop leaving things for others to do bc when you fail to do your part i can not do mine at 100%
