I used to be excited to work at PF Chang’s, but shortly after working there I was constantly being bullied and management said they would handle it, instead I was faced with 1 weekly 4 hour shift , and denied and shifts I wanted to pick up even being short staffe

Some are actually very supportive.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy interacting with customers on a personal level and making them laugh.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The manager was so sweet and we talked very openly about likes and dislikes
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening is their one flaw. With one complaint they start cutting hours of anyone having a problem. Workers are constantly yelling at each other and they pick a favorite and simply will schedule their least favorite with minimal hours.Nothing stays private with them either,once they know so do you.
