lay offs held over everyones head regardless of successfulness of company. Culture would like to be "Joyful", but internally there is strife and the feeling that as an employee you are not valued.

The leadership teams ideas are wonderful, but not fulfilled.

my ability to see and drive numbers regardless of my colleague culture.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positive feature is external validation from providers and office/institution staff. Positive "covid" glow, yet internally, all workers are worried for their job and lay offs we have heard about for a year.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
manager has special circle of former coworkers. All others sit on the outside, knowing the inside group is barely going to work and not pulling their share, but favored none the less
