Overrated and totally unappreciative of their employees
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop all the meetings as 80% of them serve no purpose and accomplish nothing but wasted time.

Overworked, underpaid and totally NOT appreciated at all. Just more expected from you. 100% is not good enough they want more like 150% or more.

Too many meetings and nothing gets accomplished as you spend 90% of your day in meetings and then you need to either work late or bring home your work to keep up.
