Who knows. They're so high level they're just a face on a fake email.

The site does a good job of keeping everyone happy and is getting better at improving the culture

They do not pay a comparable rate to any other companies in the area. Their promotion and pay raises are an embarrassment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is nice and seems to work hard. I think it has more to do with it being a site that came from a small company
