For the most part it is a fantastic place to work. Like any place you work at there are pros and cons. Right now the biggest con is our director has us so overwhelmingly understaffed that we are forced to work many hours of mandatory overtime which is burning out the few people left working.

Hard to narrow it down there are so many perks to work for Pfizer
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The day gives the mood, there are many days where people from my department are demanded to go to another one, the group leader will then micro manage and try to get us in trouble for helping, but on days where there are only 2-3 in our whole department that same lead refuses to help us
