The leadership team at PGTI is so involved with every aspect of the business! You can tell each of them truly cares for the PGTI team members by the way they make sure to attend celebrations, walk the floor to build relationships, and host town hall meetings to for better communication!

Lots of opportunities to grow. There are many skills development classes and leadership / management classes. You just have to show interest in growing - by your everyday work, by asking your leader for growth opportunities, or by saying you're interested in growing when your leader asks you.

I really enjoy the health benefit as well as the paid time off benefits! I also love that PGTI offers VTO (Volunteer Time Off) so encourage team members to go out into the community & get involved / volunteer.

Standard health benefits (med, dental, vision) have good coverage, company offers a generous HRA, many other optional benefits to sign up for at good premiums, & non-traditional benefits like on-site cafe, fitness center, wellness center, & subsidized child care!
